2. Anonymity & Confidentiality Requirements
To protect members and comply with privacy standards, users agree NOT to post:
- Facility names
- Unit numbers
- Staff names
- Patient names or identifiers
- Exact dates tied to identifiable events
- City + facility combinations
- Any information that could reasonably identify a patient, employee, or employer
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with HIPAA, employer confidentiality policies, and applicable laws.
Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
3. User Conduct
Users agree to engage respectfully and lawfully.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Posting protected health information (PHI)
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech
- Defamatory statements
- False accusations presented as fact
- Sharing confidential employer documents

- Attempting to identify other members

4. Membership & Payments
Membership fees are processed securely through PayPal.
Facilities Confessions does not store payment card information.
All membership payments are non-refundable unless otherwise determined at the sole discretion of Facilities Confessions.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, membership tiers, or access policies at any time.
5. Account Termination
Facilities Confessions may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Facilities Confessions provides a discussion platform only.
We are not responsible for:
