This community is built on honesty, anonymity, and respect.
To keep this space safe for everyone, the following rules apply.
🔒 Protect Anonymity Yours and Others
Do NOT post:
- Facility names
- Unit numbers
- Staff names
- Patient identifiers
- City + facility combinations
- Exact dates tied to identifiable events
- Screenshots containing identifiable information
If a post risks identifying a person or employer, it will be removed.
We protect anonymity seriously.
⚖️ No Defamation. No Retaliation.
You may share experiences.
You may express opinions.
You may discuss workplace culture.
You may NOT:
- Make unverified criminal accusations
- Encourage retaliation against individuals or employers
- Threaten violence
- Harass other members
This platform is for discussion, not attacks.

Do not present medical treatment guidance, legal advice, or professional recommendations as authoritative instruction.

- Attempt to reveal another member’s identity

Content Moderation
Facilities Confessions reserves the right to:
- Remove posts
- Edit content for anonymity protection
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Limit posting privileges
Moderation decisions are made to protect the integrity and safety of the platform.

Repeated or serious violations may result in:
- Post removal
- Account suspension
- Permanent membership termination
No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to rule violations.

Profile Image Guidelines, Profile images must not contain:
Members may upload profile images; however, to protect anonymity and maintain platform integrity:
• Do not upload personal headshots
• Do not upload facility logos
• Do not upload identifiable uniforms
• Do not upload images containing names or badges
• Do not upload images that could reasonably identify you or your employer
We encourage the use of neutral, abstract, or non-identifiable images.
Facilities Confessions reserves the right to remove profile images that violate anonymity standards.
