Purpose of Platform<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Facilities Confessions is a private, membership-based discussion forum designed for healthcare professionals to share workplace experiences anonymously for community discussion and trend awareness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This platform does not provide medical, legal, employment, or professional advice. All content is for informational and discussion purposes only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Anonymity &amp; Confidentiality Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To protect members and comply with privacy standards, users agree NOT to post:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Facility names<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unit numbers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff names<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patient names or identifiers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exact dates tied to identifiable events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>City + facility combinations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any information that could reasonably identify a patient, employee, or employer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with HIPAA, employer confidentiality policies, and applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Membership &amp; Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Membership fees are processed securely through PayPal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Facilities Confessions does not store payment card information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All membership payments are non-refundable unless otherwise determined at the sole discretion of Facilities Confessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to modify pricing, membership tiers, or access policies at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.
