No Retaliation.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may share experiences.<br>You may express opinions.<br>You may discuss workplace culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may NOT:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make unverified criminal accusations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage retaliation against individuals or employers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Threaten violence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harass other members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This platform is for discussion, not attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\ude7a&nbsp;No Medical or Legal Advice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Facilities Confessions is not a medical or legal advisory platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not present medical treatment guidance, legal advice, or professional recommendations as authoritative instruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Share experiences, not directives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Respect the Community<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disagreement is allowed.<br>Harassment is not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bully or intimidate other members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use hate speech<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in discriminatory language<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempt to reveal another member\u2019s identity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a professional community, even when discussions are difficult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Content Moderation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Facilities Confessions reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remove posts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit content for anonymity protection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspend or terminate accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limit posting privileges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moderation decisions are made to protect the integrity and safety of the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udda4&nbsp;Why These Rules Exist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This platform was created because healthcare professionals need a space to speak openly without fear of retaliation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That only works if we protect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each other<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anonymity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal boundaries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional integrity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you post here, you agree to uphold these standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd01&nbsp;Violations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repeated or serious violations may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Post removal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Account suspension<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permanent membership termination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to rule violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is not social media.<br>This is not corporate healthcare.<br>This is a protected space for healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Protect it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Profile Image Guidelines, Profile images must not contain:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members may upload profile images; however, to protect anonymity and maintain platform integrity:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Do not upload personal headshots<br>\u2022 Do not upload facility logos<br>\u2022 Do not upload identifiable uniforms<br>\u2022 Do not upload images containing names or badges<br>\u2022 Do not upload images that could reasonably identify you or your employer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We encourage the use of neutral, abstract, or non-identifiable images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Facilities Confessions reserves the right to remove profile images that violate anonymity standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Facilities Confessions Facilities Confessions exists to provide healthcare professionals with a safe space to speak freely about workplace experiences.
